ASB GlassFloor Unveils Innovative Training Solutions at the Athletes Lab
On May 8, 2025, the ASB GlassFloor Athletes Lab in Orlando hosted over 75 college coaches during the Evening Mixer of the Head Coach Training Center Conference 2025. In collaboration with ShotTracker Inc., cutting-edge tools for skill development were introduced, seamlessly integrated into the ASB GlassFloor’s advanced operating system, GlassCourt OS.
A key focus of the event was the introduction of the PlayBook app, which allows coaches to easily design personalized drills, plays, and training concepts using just an iPad. These plans can be implemented directly on the court, making training more interactive and hands-on.
Another highlight was the integration of real-time data from ShotTracker, providing coaches with the ability to visualize and analyze player performance metrics such as shooting percentages and movement patterns directly on the court’s surface. This new form of data integration opens up innovative possibilities for performance assessment and optimization in real-time.
Christof Babinsky, Chris Thornton, and Davyeon Ross guided participants through the live demonstrations, showcasing how design, data, and coaching can be effectively combined to enhance training outcomes.
The event provided an excellent opportunity for coaches and sports technology professionals to explore the latest advancements in sports tech, exchange insights, and experience the full capabilities of ASB GlassFloor and GlassCourt OS.
