Over more than six decades, we have evolved from a specialist construction company into a globally recognized technology leader, revolutionizing indoor sports with our patented glass flooring solutions. Along this journey, ASB also became the global market leader in squash court construction, a legacy that continues alongside the company’s strong focus on GlassFloor innovation today.
Acting as global headquarters, ASB Systembau Horst Babinsky GmbH, based in Stein an der Traun, Germany, leads the global strategy and oversees the group’s growth and sales, financial management, as well as research and development activities that drive continuous innovation across all business units and subsidiaries, including ASB Arena & Event Services AG in Switzerland and ASB America Inc. in the U.S.

ASB GlassFloor America drives the growth of our innovative sports flooring technology across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. At the heart of the U.S. based subsidiary‘s activities is the ASB GlassFloor Athletes Lab, operated in collaboration with our co-shareholder the NBA, where elite teams, professional athletes, and emerging talent regularly train, test, and experience the future of sports performance on ASB’s cutting-edge GlassFloor technology
ASB Arena & Event Services
ASB Arena and Event Services AG (AES), based out of Zug, Switzerland, specializes in the commercialization and operational support of the ASB LumiFlex for commercial clients and partners. The company enables flexible financing models, support in monetization, and comprehensive end-to-end services, including a proprietary media and sponsorship platform. This value proposition is complemented by an integrated software ecosystem featuring applications for fan activations as well as sponsoring, training and coaching tools.
GlassCourt OS
GlassCourt OS, based in the Netherlands – Amsterdam, is the software innovation hub behind ASB’s intelligent sports flooring ecosystem. The team develops the digital infrastructure, interactive applications, and data-driven features that transform the GlassFloor from a playing surface into a connected sports technology platform.
